On 13th of June 2020 I performed a live ambient session for Leeuwarden-Fryslân 2028's cultural program: "DeepGrooves presents: Nighttime Live!"

Leeuwarden-Fryslân 2028 is a continuation of when Leeuwarden was European Capital of Culture in 2018. They've asked Deepgrooves to fill up a saturdaynight program with music.
In DeepGrooves presents: Nighttime Live! local DJ's and electronic music artists get the chance to perform live on stage and be broadcasted through Facebook Live.

"Performing live on a big stage where some of my heroes such as My Dying Bride and Moonsorrow have played and with no audience other than the people at home watching the live stream, the performance had a surreal, yet cozy, feeling."

Because this was June 2020, The Netherlands was still in partial lock down. All Covid regulations, rules and precautions that were in effect have been followed accordingly during that time of recording. No one was tested positive and social distancing was used - besides there were not even more than 5 people allowd in the whole venue.

Audio is taken straight from the soundboard / live stream. Tracklist is made up of tracks and demo's from Building a Better World, Blueberries on Mars (NEW!), Hiraeth, ジャングル, Empire of Light (NEW!) and ショップ @ ヘルシンキ.
